The 7" color touch screen of the XDJ-1000MK2 allows for an incredibly detailed view of your tracks while providing key commands directly. Functions like Beat Sync, Hot Cue, and the powerful Beat-Jump/Loop-Move function are instantly available. Using a keyboard, you can search for artists, BPM, and genres in the on-screen browser. Additionally, the Auto-Fill function with keyword search makes finding the right track faster and easier than ever. A detailed waveform display shows the complete track and offers five zoom levels.

In addition to the basic playback flexibility that Pioneer DJ is known for, the XDJ-1000MK2 DJ deck offers a whole new level of convenience.
Operation is simple: Install the free rekordbox app on your Mac, PC, Android, or iOS device connected to your Wi-Fi network. After loading and arranging your tracks, you can instantly transfer a track to the XDJ-1000MK2 if needed, including all metadata and settings. Despite all these additional features, the XDJ-1000MK2 can still play audio files from USB storage devices, SD cards, audio CDs, and DVDs, in MP3, AAC, WAV, and AIFF formats.

The XDJ-1000MK2 offers some extremely useful advanced features in addition to standard functions that make DJing more enjoyable and provide professional performance options. First, there is the Beat-Jump/Loop-Move function. Beat Jump allows you to jump forward and backward without interrupting the flow of the music. The Quantize function lets you place cue points and loops perfectly on the beat to improve your timing. Finally, there is the Slip Mode, which lets you experiment with scratching and reverse play while the song continues to play in the background, resulting in a smoother outcome.
