I received the wrong product. What can I do?
Send us an e-mail with your order number to info@recordcase.de. We will immediately take care of your problem und find a solution as quick as possible.

Returnments

Can I send back a product, that doesn't suit or that I don't like?
Recordcase customers have a 100 days extended right of withdrawal. If you don't like the product for any reasons, just let us know by sending an e-mail and we'll show you the next steps.

How do I get a return label?
In case of a request for a return label, send an e-mail to us at info@recordcase.de.

Can I exchange my product?
Of course, if thers's a product, which you don't like, you can exchange it within the deadline of withdrawal.

Customer account


I've forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
To do so, just click HERE on this Link. Enter your e-mail in the bar and you'll get a Link with which you can create a new password.

Shipping


Where can I see if my order has already been shipped?
Each package has an individual shippment number. With this you can track the delivery status of your package on the DHL website. You will receive the shippment number from us by e-mail or you can see it in your customer account. You can sign in on the right side at the top of the page under "My account" with your e-mail address and your password.

When will my order be shipped?
We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders given up until 1 pm usually leave our warehouse on the same day. If you have paid in advance we will ship immediately after your payment is credited on our account.

What can I do, if a product is broken?
Please send us an e-mail with a description of the malfunction and your order number to info@recordcase.de. We will find a solution for you as quick as possible!
