I received the wrong product. What can I do?
Send us an e-mail with your order number to email@example.com. We will immediately take care of your problem und find a solution as quick as possible.
Can my order be changed or canceled afterwards?
Can I send back a product, that doesn't suit or that I don't like?
Recordcase customers have a 100 days extended right of withdrawal. If you don't like the product for any reasons, just let us know by sending an e-mail and we'll show you the next steps.
How do I get a return label?
In case of a request for a return label, send an e-mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I exchange my product?
Of course, if thers's a product, which you don't like, you can exchange it within the deadline of withdrawal.
I've forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
To do so, just click HERE on this Link. Enter your e-mail in the bar and you'll get a Link with which you can create a new password.
What payment options do you offer?
The following payment methods are currently available:

- Credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- Payment in advance
Where can I see if my order has already been shipped?
Each package has an individual shippment number. With this you can track the delivery status of your package on the DHL website. You will receive the shippment number from us by e-mail or you can see it in your customer account. You can sign in on the right side at the top of the page under "My account" with your e-mail address and your password.
When will my order be shipped?
We ship from Monday to Friday. Orders given up until 1 pm usually leave our warehouse on the same day. If you have paid in advance we will ship immediately after your payment is credited on our account.
Is international shipping possible?
We deliver to Germany, Austria, the Uk, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and also to all the other bigger countries of the world.
How much are the shipping fees?
If you place an order under 50 Euro, the shipping fees within Germany will be 3,90 Euro. Shipping within Germany will be free of charge for you, if you place an order above 50 Euro. You can see HERE the exact shipping fees for your country. For some bulky items the shipping fees may deviate from this regulation.
What can I do, if a product is broken?
Please send us an e-mail with a description of the malfunction and your order number to email@example.com. We will find a solution for you as quick as possible!
