30 Days Full Return Policy

Your advantage when shopping at Recordcase.de:
In addition to the legal withdrawal period of 14 days, we offer you an extended return option of 30 days from the delivery date.

This allows you to carefully consider if the product really suits you. Within 30 days of receiving your delivery, you can easily and uncomplicatedly return the goods.

This regulation does not apply to any kind of software that has already been activated or custom-made items made upon customer request.

 

Return Costs

We cover the return costs for orders with an item value of 50 € or more within Germany.

Bulky items are excluded from this regulation.

Returns from other countries must be covered by the customer!

 

How can I initiate a return?

You can easily initiate the return in your account under "Orders" by clicking on "Create Return" next to your order and filling in the required information.

How do I get a return label?

You will receive the return label for DHL directly for printing in your account after you have registered the return. Currently, a DHL label is provided only for orders from Germany.

 

How do I proceed with returns if I'm not from Germany?

Customers from other countries can also initiate the return in their own account or using the guest link. However, no return label will be provided in this case. The return will be done with a transport service of your choice. Please send the goods to the following address:

When and how will I get my refund?

As soon as the goods have arrived back with us, they will be checked. After that, we will arrange a refund for you. We will use the original payment method you used.

Please note that during high volumes of returns (usually after Christmas), it may take a bit longer for us to process the returns.

 

I have a complaint

If anything is not to your satisfaction or if an item is defective, please contact our service team before returning the item. Either by email at: info@recordcase.de or even faster by phone at +49-(0)9951-690190. We will take care of your concerns and will surely find a solution.

 

I want to exchange an item

If you don't like an item, you can exchange it for another item within 30 days.

We cover the return costs for orders with an item value of 50 € or more within Germany.

Bulky items, already activated software, and custom-made items upon customer request are excluded from this regulation.
