DJ Bags
DJ Equipment Bags reliably protect your devices during transportation on your travels. So that expensive hardware or controllers do not suffer damage during your trip to the next gig, DJ Bags are becoming increasingly popular.
They are lightweight and easy to transport and store when needed. Additionally, they usually look stylish and offer a wider range of colors and shapes.
For the performance, they offer, besides the basic function of protecting the equipment, usually additional small pockets and storage options for things like chargers or CDs.
Manufacturer or third-party brand?
Usually, there are hardware-specific DJ Bags for exactly the controller, CD player, or the respective product you want to transport. These are tailored specifically for these.
However, we also have third-party manufacturers in our range, which do not differ in terms of quality and fit. These are instead more affordable. Our top brand for this are Bags from ZOMO.
Here's an overview of the types of devices for which DJ Bags are available:
Quality Features - What distinguishes a good DJ bag?

It should be made of durable, tear-resistant material. Nylon or polyester are the materials of choice here. Both are durable, easy to maintain, washable, and water-repellent, yet they reliably protect the equipment from shocks and impacts. Furthermore, the bag should naturally be suitable for the chosen equipment.
For instance, Zomo offers custom-fit DJ bags for all common controllers, players, and samplers/synthesizers. But also universal bags are available, which can cover multiple devices in one bag. The fit here is not necessarily worse, as the dimensions of the devices hardly differ.
Here's an overview of what a good DJ bag should be able to do
- Robustness: A good DJ bag should be robust and durable and protect the equipment it carries from damage.
- Material: It should be made of durable material such as nylon or polyester and protect against moisture
- Suitable size: A DJ bag should provide sufficient space, and the equipment should fit in it without slipping or wobbling
- Carrying comfort: A good DJ bag should be comfortable and easy to carry, with padded handles and shoulder straps.
- Useful extra features: Some DJ bags have useful extra features such as pockets for accessories or a combination lock. These can make the everyday life of the traveling DJ significantly more pleasant
Vinyl Bags and CD-Bags - Transporting the Music
Those who play with "real media", be it vinyl or CDs, need to have a large number of records with them for their performance to cover as wide a spectrum of artists or genres as possible. These should be managed as space-saving as possible and offer space for as many records as possible. There are both the classic bag equipped with a shoulder strap that can be hung over the shoulder, as well as a DJ trolley equipped with handles and wheels, making carrying much easier.
Usually, these bags offer besides the possibility of transporting CDs or vinyl also additional compartments and storage space for e.g. power supplies, cables, USB sticks, adapters, or other DJ accessories.
