For even more creative potential, the pitch of a sample or loop, drum rolls, and other real-time manipulations can be achieved with the touch strip.

Step Sequencer Create new grooves easily with the 16 large, multicolored step input buttons. Thanks to the changing colors of the backlit buttons, you can keep track of the sequence information for each track.

High-Quality Performance Pads Assign up to 16 samples to the large rubber pads and then play freely with your fingers to layer sounds in real time. The multicolored LEDs indicate which samples are currently active, and in velocity mode, you can control the volume of the samples with the pressure you apply with your fingers.

Touch Strip By simply touching the strip, you can change the pitch with the pitch-bend function or play drum rolls with the note repeat function. Expand your creative possibilities by adjusting the parameters.

Large 7-Inch Touch Display By tapping the LCD display, you get direct access to one of the three screens. The home screen shows an overview of the assigned samples, the sequence screen displays the currently running sequence pattern, and the mixer screen allows you to adjust the volume for each track.

Perfect Synchronization The DJS-1000 can be easily and accurately synchronized with a CDJ or XDJ setup via Pro DJ Link. With the help of the beat sync function, tempo slider, and nudge button, you can manually adjust the tempo and beat position, just like on a turntable.

Live Sampling Feature Sampled sounds can be immediately used as individual tracks. The sampled sounds are automatically synchronized with the current sequence. They can be looped and used directly in a live remix.
