Pioneer DJ DJM-S5

The brand new Pioneer DJM-S5 is a 2-channel scratch mixer equipped with innovative and new features. He also takes elements of the big brother and flagship mixer DJM-S11 and fits harmoniously in the middle of the existing Pioneer DJ mixer series.

The mixer's layout is straightforward and clean. The red finish on the bottom emphasizes the scratch soul of this DJ mixer. Pioneer also installs the popular Magvel Fader Pro in this mixer, which not only glide very smoothly, but are also very robust and durable. You can adjust the faders to your personal taste using the Feeling-Adjust control.

The versatile effect paddles are taken directly from the DJM-S11 flagship. They let you control and trigger up to 57 different effects in Serato DJ Pro. Four performance pads per deck offer hot cue, sampler and scratch bank pad modes to add even more variety to your set.

For beginners and performers, the DJM-S5 has new features on board to help you deliver convincing scratch performances even as a beginner: Crossfader Hot Cue lets you fire off scratch-like effects by moving the crossfader, while the Scratch Cutter function delivers scratches from six cutting programs without having to move the crossfader.

The DJM-S5 is the first Pioneer DJ mixer to be powered entirely via USB-C. This makes it the perfect partner for DJs who are often on the go or are looking for an ultra-portable mixer that can be used to DJ almost anywhere.

A full version of Serato DJ Pro is also included. All you have to do is connect the mixer to your PC or MAC. The activation takes place automatically when Serato is started. The mixer acts like a hardware dongle.
