This powerful percussion synthesizer features six parts with two layers, so you can make anything work: From deep kicks and crunchy snares to all kinds of booms and blasts. In classic Volca mode, the Volca Drum features an impressive sequencer and 16 motion sequencer parameters to create grooves that also move for variety.

Each of the six drum parts in the Korg Volca Drum has two layers with five types of oscillator waveforms per layer. Choose between sinusoidal, saw-wave, or high-pass filtered noise, and then between three types of pitch modulation and the AMP envelope.

The effects section in Volca Drum provides a waveguide resonator based on physical modeling. Tube mode skilfully emulates the saturation of a classic tube, while String mode creates the metallic resonance of a string.
