Product description American Audio Media Operator
If you want music to play directly from a memory card or USB device, without a computer in the playback chain, the American Audio Media Operator handles playback and DJ control in one device. The MP3 player is suitable for mobile DJ setups and permanent installations; the illuminated LCD displays track and time information.
Sources include SD and SDHC cards as well as USB sticks. FAT32-formatted external hard drives with their own power supply can also be connected. When using a hard drive, connect the USB cable to the player first and only then switch it on. The player handles MP3 files; ISO-8859-1 character encoding is recommended for correct ID3 tag display. According to the product specifications, up to 1,000 MP3 files at 128 kbit/s can fit on a 1 GB SD card.
Folder and track search controls help you access stored music directly on the device. For live DJ use, it offers a cue point, Auto Cue, frame-accurate search and an advanced track search. You can prepare a search during playback. A seamless loop function with Reloop sets and repeats a section without interruption.
Use the pitch control, selectable ranges of ±4%, ±8% or ±16%, and the momentary Pitch Bend buttons to adjust the tempo. Tempo Lock keeps the pitch constant. Auto BPM displays the detected tempo; the display also shows track information and elapsed or remaining time. Single, Continue and Repeat modes determine whether a single track, the following sequence of tracks or the contents of the current folder are repeated.
For connecting to your sound system, there is a pair of balanced XLR master outputs and a pair of unbalanced RCA outputs. The XLR outputs connect to active speakers or amplifiers with XLR inputs; via RCA, you can connect the player to a mixer or receiver. An XLR/jack combo input for a microphone with its own level control and the master volume control round out playback.
The 1U housing can be placed on a flat surface or mounted in a suitable rack case. With media playback, search and cue functions, pitch control, and separate microphone and master controls, the player is suitable for mobile DJ systems and permanent sound systems where MP3 music is to be played directly from USB or SD.

Bedienung echt easy.
