Products from Vestax

Vestax

VESTAX was founded in 1977 in Shibuya, Tokyo. Initially focused on the production and distribution of guitars and amplifiers, it later became a market-leading manufacturer of DJ equipment.

Since its inception, the company has always strived to develop particularly innovative technologies for musicians and to focus on user-friendliness. The company also benefits from new product categories such as the first stereo preamplifier for musical instruments, compressors/limiters, speech distortion for karaoke, table-top multitrack recorders, table-top CD players for professional DJs, digital controllers, DJ mixers, digitally controlled turntables, vinyl cutters, audio interfaces for computers and much more.

Over the years, the company has expanded its business and in 1987 the name was changed to "VESTAX Corporation". The history of the company is marked by the development of visionary products and the consequent establishment on the market.

Philosophy

The "Vestax Corporation" is a company that strives to produce unique, future-oriented and reliable products for the active musician.  Accordingly, it is a mission to provide top musicians, DJs, music producers and fans with appropriate equipment that meets their needs and does not leave them in the lurch.

Vestax is a company that manufactures products that are developed by users and can therefore be seen as a general contribution to music culture. All products undergo extensive testing prior to market launch and are subject to strict quality controls.

This philosophy has proven itself since the foundation of the company. However, the 21st century is not as easy to handle as the last century. It is a time of diversification and there are many different ways to consume music. While some focus only on the latest technologies, others focus more on the essentials.

Vestax ceased operations in 2014. With Recordcase, old stock and Vestax spare parts are still available indefinitely.
