The T1 from Pro-Ject Audio Systems is the first turntable in the T-Line that delivers real HiFi sound quality for little money. It shines with high-quality materials, a stylish appearance and an incredibly lively sound. During the extensive development process, meticulous care was taken to ensure that no compromises were made in sound quality despite the incredible price. The stylish CNC machined chassis, available in high-gloss black, matt white & walnut, contains no plastic parts and is manufactured without any cavities, so no unwanted vibrations can occur in the chassis. In keeping with this philosophy, the turntable is also made of solid glass. In contrast to plastic or light steel platters, unwanted resonances are effectively suppressed. The turntable of the T1 is driven by a belt. This precisely transmits the driving force to the newly designed sub platter, which in turn sits in the ultra-precise 0.001mm platter bearing with a hardened stainless steel shaft in a brass bush. The T1 tonearm is a new tonearm version based on Pro-Ject's long proven designs. The 8.6" long tonearm consists of a single piece of aluminum and is equipped with low-friction bearings so that scanning is always performed with absolute precision. The pre-assembled Ortofon OM 5E quality pickup with elliptical needle grinding makes this turntable a true hi-fi player without compromise. In addition, the T1 is not - as is often the case - only delivered with simple Cinch cables. The scope of delivery includes excellent shielded, quasi-symmetrical, low capacitance phono cables, which were specially designed by Pro-Ject for the connection of turntables. In addition, a dust cover for additional protection of the T1 and a felt mat, which serves as a soft contact surface for your records, are also included in the package. The T1 is the new shooting star among the affordable turntables. Production in Europe takes place in a factory with decades of tradition in turntable construction. This is exactly what makes the T1 a real HiFi turntable, which convinces in sound as well as optically. By cleverly designing the tonearm, Pro-Ject was able to combine full sound quality with even easier installation. The plug & play design with preset pressure and antiskating has saved costs and is easier to use for the user without sacrificing sound quality. On the contrary, the ultra-light and low-friction aluminum tonearm is optimized for the Ortofon cartridge and unfolds its purest potential. The Primary E Phono has a switchable phono or line output, which allows it to be operated with a dedicated external phono amplifier or via the integrated phono amplifier directly to a line input (e.g. AUX, CD, tuner, tape, etc.). Through intelligent construction and without unnecessary features, Pro-Ject was able to keep the price attractive despite European handwork. So the Primary E Phono offers maximum sound quality at a fair price. In recent years, listening to analogue records has again established itself as a fixed factor in the lives of many people. This trend has also awakened many manufacturers from the Far East. They are now trying to jump on the bandwagon with plastic, features, lower quality and low prices. Unfortunately we forget what makes a good turntable. Namely sound quality and not unnecessary features like automatic limit switching. Sound quality can only be achieved by using high-quality components and precision to get everything out of the micro-groove. Plastic, light turntables, wobbly tonearms and the cheapest wiring with the simplest pickups are not suitable. By cleverly designing the tonearm, we were able to combine full sound quality with even easier installation. Our plug&play design with preset print run and antiskating has saved us money and is easier for the customer to use without sacrificing sound quality. On the contrary, the ultra-light and low-friction aluminum tonearm is optimized for the Ortofon cartridge and unfolds its purest potential. Through intelligent construction and without unnecessary features, we were able to keep the price attractive despite European handiwork. This enables us to offer our customers maximum sound quality. In 2016, Pro-Ject Audio Systems launched its first record washer, the VC-S, making super-fast vinyl deep cleaning affordable. Now Pro-Ject is concentrating all its experience of the past seven years in the new model Pro-Ject VC-E2. The further development of the previous record cleaning machines is comprehensive. A new magnetic clamp protects the record label from the cleaning fluid to prevent damage to the label and makes the entire cleaning process easier and faster - no more tedious unscrewing. Simply place the record on the unit, apply the clamp, and you're ready to go. The sturdy, easy-to-use metal arm is mechanically stable and directs all suction directly to the record surface. Thanks to the new, easy-to-change and self-adhesive suction lips, the VC-E2 cleans records gently and deeply.
