Product description Gibson LP4 - Tobacco Burst

When a monitor needs to be positioned close to the rear wall, a rear bass reflex port can make placement more difficult. The front-facing bass reflex system on the Gibson LP4 - Tobacco Burst has its port at the front. This active two-way studio monitor is designed for monitoring in the studio or at your home production setup.

A 4-inch woofer made from lightweight, non-woven carbon works alongside a 1-inch tweeter. The tweeter is made from diamond-like, carbon-coated titanium. The bi-amping design powers the two drivers separately; total power output is 103 watts.

You can use the bass and treble controls to adjust the sound to suit the placement. Both ranges can be adjusted from −4 to +4 dB. Connections on the rear include balanced XLR and jack inputs, as well as RCA.

The carved flame maple front has a glossy finish in Tobacco Burst. This makes the monitor a good fit for setups where the Les Paul-inspired front design matters alongside the connections and tone controls. Its 4-inch design and range of connections make it suitable for compact studio and production setups.
