Product description American DJ WiFly Wash Bar

For wall and stage wash effects, fixed power and DMX cabling is not always practical. The American DJ WiFLY Wash Bar combines battery power with integrated WiFLY-DMX in a compact indoor LED bar. 15 RGB LEDs rated at 1 watt each mix the colours; the bar is suitable for illuminating stage areas or walls.

After around 2.5 hours of charging, the lithium-ion battery provides up to four hours of light at full power. The integrated WiFLY system transmits DMX over a clear line of sight of up to 120 metres. A separate ADJ WiFLY transmitter is required for control via a DMX controller; alternatively, the bar can be operated using its controls.

Control options include manual RGB settings, an RGB dimmer, Show mode and WiFLY-DMX. Three DMX channel configurations with 3, 4 or 6 channels are available. A four-digit keypad is used for menu operation and addressing. Electronic dimming ranges from 0 to 100 per cent; colour macros as well as pulse and strobe effects expand the lighting options. Flicker-free operation is also relevant for camera applications.

The bar can be powered by AC or 12 V DC. The supplied bracket allows mounting on a wall or floor. With a 120° beam angle, 18 watts of power consumption and a weight of 2.2 kg, it fits into mobile lighting rigs and installations where quick setup and operation without fixed DMX cabling are required.
