Product description American DJ Mega Panel LED

For broad RGB lighting on stage or as a wall wash, the American DJ Mega Panel LED offers 288 RGB LEDs. The 10 mm LEDs are divided into 48 red, 120 green and 120 blue LEDs; their colour mixing covers a 40-degree beam angle.

You can operate the panel independently or integrate it into a lighting control system via DMX. In Program mode, a fixed programme runs; Auto mode runs programmes at random, while in Sound mode they change in time with the music. In Master-Slave mode, several connected units run in sync. Five operating modes are available.

Even without an external controller, you can set fixed colours as well as fast and slow colour transitions on the unit. A strobe effect complements the lighting programmes; electronic dimming ranges from 0 to 100 per cent. You control colour selection and programmes directly on the unit using the digital display and controls on the rear.

For integration into a DMX setup, the panel supports the DMX-512 protocol and selectable modes with 5, 8, 14 or 26 channels. DMX and Master-Slave connections are made via XLR inputs and outputs. Connect several units via XLR and operate them together in Master-Slave mode.

The Mega Panel LED is designed for indoor use and can be mounted on stage or a truss; a hanging bracket is included. The permanently attached power cable simplifies mains connection, while power consumption is 36 watts. The panel is suitable for wall washing and stage lighting when RGB colour mixing, integrated programmes and DMX connectivity are required.
