Product description Sennheiser XSW 52-E-Band

If you need your hands free while singing or presenting, a headset keeps the microphone in position as you move. The Sennheiser XSW 52-E-Band combines the SK 20 bodypack transmitter with the ME 3 neckband microphone and the EM 10 stationary receiver. The ME 3, with its cardioid pickup pattern, picks up speech selectively and is also suitable for noisier environments.

You can mute the microphone and adjust the input sensitivity on the SK 20. The receiver displays, among other things, the radio and audio levels as well as the transmitter’s battery status. Use its Scan, Preset and Tune functions to search for free channels or select a frequency manually; the selected setting can be transferred to the transmitter via synchronisation over the return channel.

The set operates in the E frequency band. Frequencies can be tuned in 25 kHz steps; eight frequency banks each contain up to twelve presets. The EM 10 uses True Diversity with two antenna inputs for reception. You can output the audio signal either balanced via XLR or unbalanced via a 6.3 mm jack. Two audio outputs make it easier to connect to different mixers and PA systems.

As a complete system for singing and presenting with freedom of movement, the XSW 52-E-Band includes a headset, bodypack transmitter and receiver, along with a power supply, antennas and batteries. It suits setups that require a wireless neckband microphone, manually adjustable UHF frequencies and a choice of XLR or jack output.
