Product description M-Audio AIR Hub

If your computer has too few USB ports for controllers and storage drives, and you also want a direct monitoring path, the M-Audio AIR Hub combines both functions. The USB monitoring interface outputs audio signals at 24 bit and 96 kHz to studio monitors or headphones and adds a USB hub to your computer connection.

Two balanced 6.35 mm TRS outputs are available for active monitors or an amplifier. The large central control adjusts their monitoring level; the volume can be set independently at the separate 6.35 mm headphone output. This lets you adjust the monitor path and headphone level separately.

For example, MIDI controllers, hard drives and other USB devices can be connected to your computer via the three USB hub ports. The hub connects to the computer via USB and requires USB 2.0 or higher. The included power supply must also be connected to use the USB hub outputs. Three additional USB ports help bring your devices together at your workstation.

The software bundle includes MPC Beats with the virtual instruments TubeSynth, Electric and Bassline, 80 effect plug-ins and 2 GB of Factory Content with the Bonus-F9-Instruments-Library. It also includes Revalver with two amps, three cabs, three microphones and three effects, as well as Xpand!2. The software is provided as a download; a suitable AIR Hub driver is required for Windows, while macOS is class-compliant. Software to get started with production complements its monitoring and hub functions.

The AIR Hub is suitable for a compact home studio or a setup where you route USB playback to monitors and headphones and connect additional USB devices. The metal housing with central monitor control suits workstations where monitoring levels and computer connections need to be accessible directly on the device.
