Product description Feeltune Controller Rhizome SXE
A computer-based groove machine combines sequencing, sampling and plug-in control in one device. The Feeltune Rhizome SXE runs the supplied Rhizome-OS2 software and gives you direct access to beats, instruments and effects via 16 velocity-sensitive pads and 32 endless rotary controls. Four LCD displays support operation.
In the sequencer, you can create samples and sequences and edit instruments or effects during a session. Windows VST plug-ins up to version 2.4 are supported; the plug-ins must be installed on the SXE system. The rotary controls have a push function, while illuminated function buttons and transport buttons complete the controls.
Eight buses and six aux sends are available for arrangement and mixing. Finished projects can be exported as individual tracks or as a master track, for further editing in a DAW, for example. The integrated USB ports and additional DVI and HDMI outputs expand the connection options for peripherals and external displays.
As a standalone production surface, this model is aimed at musicians, producers and DJs who want to bring sequencing, sample work and VST control together in one setup. The combination of pads, rotary controls and multitrack export is particularly suited to workflows where you edit sounds directly on the device and then use the finished tracks in a DAW.
