Product description Eurolite TS-5 Scan

For lighting accents with changing colours and patterns, the Eurolite TS-5 DMX scanner combines a colour wheel, gobo wheel and strobe in one device. A moving mirror directs the beam; the 24 V, 250 W halogen lamp is included.

The colour wheel offers 11 dichroic colour filters plus white. A rainbow effect changes the colours in both directions at variable speed. Nine gobos and an open position are available for projections; the gobo shake function moves the selected pattern. You adjust the focus manually.

You can use the electronic dimmer and strobe effect to change the lighting and brightness. The strobe produces 1 to 5 flashes per second via the gobo wheel. In 5-channel DMX mode, you control the functions via a DMX controller; the colour wheel, gobo wheel and strobe can also be set to respond to the beat.

Without an external controller, the built-in microphone responds to music. You can adjust its sensitivity using a rotary control on the device. In master/slave mode, you can operate several TS-5 units together; 3-pin XLR connectors are used for the DMX connection.

With its dimensions and halogen light source, the scanner is suitable for compact lighting setups where gobos, colour changes and music-dependent effects are required. DMX and music-controlled operation, along with the included lamp, are the key criteria for integrating it into your setup.
