The ESI Prodigy X-Fi NRG is a powerful soundcard that provides a 7.1 channel and a 24-bit/ 96kHz capable PCIe. For playback signals, the soundcard features the AKM AK4358 D/A Converter with 112dB dynamic range. You will get perfect sound quality thanks to a fine selection of high quality condensers and a special circuit design. It's also possible for you to change the OpAmp on the card which is installed on a socket to user’s preference.

The ESI Prodigy X-Fi NRG also incorporates perfect 3D sound capability and excellent compatibility to all important 3D applications (such as games and home theater playback software) thanks to its X-Fi chipset from Creative.

In addition to its digital input/ output and a professional headphone amplifier, the ESI Prodigy X-Fi NRG delivers a lot more connection options than comparable soundcards.
