Therefore, the DJ table should be just under 1 meter high to achieve an optimal working height of approximately 110 cm.

The standard height is based on an average height of about 180 cm. Ideally, the height of the work surface including the equipment should correspond to the DJ's elbow height. How Big or Wide Should the DJ Table Be?

The width of this DJ furniture depends naturally on the DJ's working method and the DJ equipment used. A classic set with 2 turntables and a mixer naturally requires more space than a DJ set consisting only of a DJ controller.

Therefore, one should carefully consider what DJ equipment one wants to put on the table:

Do you want to work only with turntables or also with CD players or media players?
How wide is your mixer? 10 inches or 12 inches or perhaps even a 19-inch mixer?
Do you maybe want to set up some monitors (monitor speakers) on the right and left?

Your DJ table should definitely be large enough to allow space for your headphones alongside this DJ equipment. Some DJ tables already have special mounts or a second level (ideally both) specifically designed for this purpose.

What practical features are there in DJ tables?

We strongly advise against a DJ furniture made purely of MDF without decor, as this can quickly lead to problems with moisture.
