Product description Denon Lectern Active White

For presentations with a microphone and audio playback, the integrated active speaker system provides sound directly at the lectern. The Denon Lectern Active White combines four 5.25-inch full-range speakers and a horn-loaded tweeter with a 2-channel mixer. The amplifier delivers 100 W RMS or 200 W peak power.

The supplied gooseneck microphone attaches to the recessed XLR microphone input. You control the volume and mute function at the lectern. A 3.5 mm stereo input and a pair of stereo RCA inputs are available for additional audio sources; you control their levels using the AUX control. A limiter and electronic crossover are also part of the speaker system.

You can route the signal at a fixed line level via the XLR output to an active speaker or external PA system. The output level is not affected by the lectern's volume controls. The rubberised surface keeps documents and a laptop in place; integrated cable management accommodates power and audio cables.

A gooseneck LED light with a 4-pin XLR connector is included for the lectern surface. This connector is intended exclusively for this light. There is also a USB-A charging port on the rear and, on the European model, a 230 V socket. USB charging and the socket only work when the lectern is switched on and connected to the mains.

As a mobile presentation solution, the white lectern is suited to conference rooms, event venues and other environments where speech and playback audio need to be reproduced without a separate mixer. It is particularly suitable when a microphone, audio player and connection to an external PA system need to come together at one lectern.
