Product description Apogee JAM Plus
In 2010, Jam was introduced in Apple Stores worldwide as the first high-quality digital interface for connecting guitars and instruments to Mac and iOS devices. Jam set a new standard for mobile recording by combining Apogee's renowned audio converter technology and circuit design in a simple, portable device.
Jam+ continues the development of the series, bringing together Apogee's best design and engineering advances in a new metal enclosure with improved PureDIGITAL circuitry for the best “True Tone” resolution. Jam+ now features a powerful headphone output with zero-latency monitoring and Overdrive mode, making practice and recording sessions better than ever.
Jam+ lets you connect any instrument with an audio output to a computer or iOS device. Synthesiser and keyboard, electric guitar and bass, dynamic microphone and acoustic instrument with a pickup – all of these work with Jam+.
Jam+ combines an analogue Overdrive circuit, an instrument preamp and high-quality A/D and D/A converters in a compact device. Apogee has designed every part of Jam+ to deliver the highest possible signal quality with the lowest noise – PureDIGITAL.
