The UREI 1603 Installation Music Mixers provide a fully-featured control centre for Clubs and Performing DJs. The 1603 offers many user friendly features for the club installer/sound engineer - most notably; a rotatable rear connector for table top or rack mount installation, input and output gain controls to configure the mixer to your set up, flexible connectivity for a range of inputs, external mute function AND Soundcraft professional input /output connectivity for unrivaled sound quality.

The 1603 also offers the Dj many pro features making life as a club dj that bit easier - most notably; the huge range of input possibilities (including convenient top panel aux in connectors), fx send and return, super smooth 3 band isolator EQ, ultra clear LED level monitoring, flexible and unique monitoring features within both the booth controls and the headphone monitoring AND of course the famous Urei sound.

A ¼" TRS Insert jack is provided in the Mic path of Channel 1 to allow connection of external processing.

BOOTH OUTPUTThe Booth output is provided on both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA phono connectors, and is controlled by the master Booth level control. A 'Mic Defeat' switch mutes the signal from the mic to the booth output to avoid feedback.

MASTER OUTPUTThe Master output is provided on both balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA phono connectors, and is controlled by the Master level control. A separate ¼" jack feeds a balanced mono sum of the master output signal.

Aux/FX LOOPThe send-and-return Aux/FX loop is supplied on unbalanced RCA phono connectors, and works in conjunction with the top panel Aux/FX level and routing controls.

PHONES SECTIONThe front panel illuminated headphone output is supplied on both 1/4" jack and 3.5mm mini-jack connectors for total flexibility.

EXTERNAL MUTE FUNCTIONThis contact port will mute all music channels except Mic input 1, to allow PA announcements. Useful for fire alarm systems.

POWER SUPPLYThe high quality internal PSU is fed via an IEC mains inlet, allowing a detachable mains cable to be used. A cable retaining clip provides total cable security. Universal power supply 100V - 240V AC. Consumption 50W max.
