The Neumann KH 150 AES67 is a studio monitor with a bi-amp design that offers first-class performance despite its compact size. This makes it ideal for nearfield and midfield use in small to medium-sized control rooms.
Neumann's new 6.5-inch woofer is the result of more than three years of intensive research and development. This is integrated into a carefully designed 20-liter bass reflex enclosure, allowing this state-of-the-art monitor to achieve impressively deep and tight bass response down to 39 Hz and a maximum sound pressure level of 118 db.
A specially designed 1-inch tweeter provides crystal-clear reproduction up to 21 kHz. Powered by an energy-efficient 145 + 100 watt Class-D dual amplifier and supported by Neumann's MMD (Mathematically Modeled Dispersion) waveguide, these drivers deliver unerring precision over a wide sweet spot while minimizing reflections.
In addition to analog and S/PDIF inputs, the Neumann KH 150 AES67 features integrated redundant AES67 audio-over-IP network connections that are fully compatible with broadcast standards such as ST 2110, ST 2022-7, and RAVENNA, as well as DANTE-generated AES67 streams. This makes it an excellent monitoring solution for networked studio setups that require uncompromising professional performance in a small space.
