Refined pads, an updated sound engine, and a whole new set of high-quality kits make the V-Drums TD-17KV2 Generation Two an electronic drum kit that goes way beyond its affordable price and right into the professional realm!

No matter what style you prefer, the TD-17's 70 high-quality kits have everything you need! The second generation features a revamped sound engine and 20 brand new preset kits, half of which were previously only available in the top-of-the-line VAD-306. In addition, these kits feature 26 preloaded samples that can be added to your own kits, offering a whole new level of percussion personalization.

You can even upload your own sounds as WAV files via SD/HC card. What's more, each individual sound can be fine-tuned with the TD-17's impressive processing and effects engine, featuring snare tension, compression, EQ, reverb, and many more sound-shaping tools.

The TD-17's built-in Bluetooth transceiver enhances your practice and recording sessions. Music can be streamed directly from your device to the module, allowing you to practice with your own favorite grooves and fills. For musicians who prefer a reliable wired connection, audio/MIDI via USB and a standard 5-pin MIDI output are available.

Looking for new sounds? With the second-generation TD-17's enhanced cloud integration, it's a snap to expand your sonic palette with Roland's vast library of studio-quality sounds and samples.

The pads are a combination of classics and innovative new designs: thin CY-12C-T and CY-14R-T cymbals, a proven PDX-12 snare, three PDX-8 toms with dual triggers, an expressive CY-5 hi-hat pad with FD-9 foot pedal, and a solid KD-10 kick!

The TD-17KV2 comes with Roland's compact MDS drum stand to get you started in no time.
