With an LED Light Bar you can create a defined and appealing effect on stage. They are perfect for illuminating a background, wall or set and with a colour change they provide the ideal atmosphere during your performance! The compact Light Bars are an indispensable part of any professional performance.
Where are LED light bars used?
Due to their compact size and a small beam angle, the Light Bars are perfect for use as mood lighting. Instead of a large-area illumination, they offer you the possibility to illuminate walls, objects or the background in color.
Due to their low weight and size, the LED Bars are easy to store and transport. The assembly is done in a few steps, so even in the smallest location there is enough space to install a light bar.
No matter if you need atmospheric lighting for your small DJ set or want to accentuate a whole room, LED Light Bars are the right companion for every situation.
The control of the LED-Bars works via sections. Bars in the low price sector can often be controlled in a few sections and separately from each other, which leads to the impairment of, for example, colour gradients. Higher-priced products, on the other hand, come in more than ten sections.
The simple models often only have a sound-to-light function and cannot be controlled via DMX, which is basically possible with the higher quality bars. In addition, the latter can also come up with ready-made programs.
Standard LEDs are usually used as illuminants. These offer sufficient brightness and colouring according to the RGB principle. Light bars with a higher quality are now available with Tri-, Quad- or COB-LEDs. A big advantage of using LEDs is the hardly existing heat development and the low energy consumption.
Where are the LED bars priced?
Beginner-friendly models are available from around 40 euros. In the higher-end range, prices are up to 600 euros.
Due to their compactness and low entry price, light bars are very suitable for beginners in the DJ scene. Without a lot of knowledge of lighting technology you can take your performance to a new level. With cleverly placed light bars behind the DJ desk you can create additional depth on stage. You can also highlight objects or walls and create a very special atmosphere.
In combination with a DMX controller, the range of application of the light strips can be increased many times over. Due to the various application possibilities, Light Bars should not be missing in any good equipment case.
