A pre-assembled headshell system saves you having to install the cartridge and stylus separately. The silver set with additional weight combines a Zomo headshell with the Zomo 1010 cartridge and is intended for use on a turntable.

The cartridge is already mounted on the headshell, so you can install the system as a unit on a suitable tonearm. The pre-assembled combination also includes an additional weight; no information is available on which tonearms or turntable models require it.
