Compact in design but powerful in sound – the 10" active loudspeaker from Yamaha delivers an impressive 129 dB sound pressure and is suitable both as a main speaker and as a monitor on stage. The integrated FIR-X tuning technology ensures precise frequency alignment and high detail in the sound image. At the same time, the intelligent DSP control reliably protects the system from overload.
With just one switch, you can use the D-Contour function to choose between an optimized setting for front operation or for use as a floor monitor. Thanks to the switchable high-pass filter, the speaker can also be easily combined with a subwoofer – ideal for setups that require more low-end.
The integrated mixer section allows you to connect signals directly and, if necessary, pass them on as a summed signal or in Direct-Out mode. Thanks to the flexible inputs, you can connect microphones, instruments or players such as media players without additional equipment. The combination of 500 watts for the woofer and 200 watts for the tweeter provides high power reserves without losing clarity.
The robust plastic housing is prepared for various applications: stand mounting, floor monitor operation, or fixed installation using M8 flying points. Weighing just over 10 kilograms, the speaker is easy to transport and quick to set up – perfect for mobile applications, rehearsal rooms, or small to medium live stages.
