The Steinberg CMC PD – Pad Controller is a hand-size pad controller used for CMC-software controlling. It lets you create rhythmic grooves and patterns in Cubase and Nuendo. With this tool you will effortlessly produce new beats and control your favorite DAW functions on stage and in the studio.

The Steinberg CMC PD - Pad Controller features 16 backlit touch sensitive rubber pads, giving you instant visual feedback of your playing dynamics. Laid out in the familiar MPC 4x4 style, MPC users will feel right at home. The CMC PD works with any virtual instruments including Steinberg's Groove Agent One or any other external sound module attached to your computer. Assign MIDI notes to each pad with the intuitive PD Editor software that comes free with the Steinberg CMC PD-Pad Controller.

The included rotary encoder lets you browse through your sounds and presets quickly.
