Product description Stanton Trackmaster V3
When scratching, the cartridge must stay securely in the groove even during fast movements. The Stanton Trackmaster V3 is an integrated DJ system for club and scratch applications that does not require separate headshell mounting. Its high output level and spherical stylus are designed for DJ use.
The plug-in design combines the cartridge and connection in one unit. You plug the system directly into the compatible tonearm connector instead of mounting the cartridge on a headshell. Before buying, check whether your tonearm supports this type of system.
The spherical stylus is suitable for DJ applications and scratching. The tracking force can be adjusted from 2 to 5 grams; the Stanton T3 is the designated replacement stylus. The high output level of 7.0 mV supports signal pickup at the phono input of a DJ mixer.
The system is available individually or as a matched MP4 pair in a mini flight case. Available individually or as a pair, it suits DJ setups where you are looking for a cartridge without headshell mounting; the pair is intended for use with two turntables.
