Product description Sennheiser System EW 135 G2 Evolution UHF
For singing and speech on stage, a wireless microphone allows freedom of movement and transmits the signal to a stationary receiver. The analogue UHF handheld microphone set Sennheiser EW 135 G2 Evolution UHF combines the EM 100 G2 receiver with the dynamic SKM 135 G2 handheld microphone with cardioid pickup pattern.
1440 selectable UHF frequencies are available in the specified range from 518 to 866 MHz for the wireless connection. The receiver uses True Diversity technology; pilot tone squelch helps suppress unwanted signals. You can use Auto-Tune to search for free reception channels. The frequency settings must match between transmitter and receiver.
Nine channel banks, each with four preset channels, make it easier to select a channel directly. You can control menus and settings using the backlit LC display; a button lock prevents accidental input. You can mute the microphone using the mute function on the transmitter. A low battery warning is also shown on the receiver.
The microphone transmits frequencies from 40 to 18,000 Hz and uses the HDX compander system. The receiver outputs the audio signal balanced via XLR or unbalanced via a 6.3 mm jack. Two BNC sockets are provided for the antenna connection; the telescopic antennas are included.
The set also includes a power supply, microphone clip and two AA batteries. This gives the transmitter a specified operating time of more than eight hours. For singing and spoken contributions with a handheld microphone, you get a set with a receiver, microphone, selectable wireless frequencies and direct audio outputs for a PA system or mixer.
