Pioneer DJ Toraiz AS-1

The second musical instrument in the Pioneer TORAIZ product line is the AS-1 - a monophonic analog synthesizer that opens up new creative possibilities for studio and live performance. The intuitive controls have parameter buttons that allow you to subtly and dramatically change the sound to create your own personal sound. You can also manipulate sounds during your performance with the touchpad-like keyboard and slider.

The heart of the TORAIZ AS-1 is a fully programmable, true analog synthesis engine based on the discrete analog circuits of the Prophet-6 from Dave Smith Instruments. The Prophet-6 also features 7 onboard effects and all-new digital distortion.
