Super Controller!

I had been working with the Pioneer DDJ SX for years and was already enthusiastic about it. Now that something new was due, I decided on the SX3 to continue working with Serato and I am completely satisfied again. The additional functions (e.g. 3rd microphone input, improved FX section etc.) are a real asset. As usual, the workmanship is very good and of high quality. I can only recommend this controller! Absolutely great!

The optimal set for professional use

Use this set in conjunction with a Mac Book Pro in conjunction with Mixvibes Cross in smaller bars and clubs. Ideal for frequent travelers DJs as a second system for quick, uncomplicated assembly and disassembly. Processing of the Pioneer controller as well as the Zomo case meet my requirements absolutely. The only small drop of guess is the weight of the case, which I gladly accept due to the optimal protection of the hardware. A foldable aluminum hand truck (hardware store approx. 30 €) makes my transport much easier. It is also advisable to get an anti-slip mat and / or a pair of rubber feet to avoid scratching the table.

I already had a lot of controllers in my hand, but the DDJ-SX3 is not only the best controller by far with its many functions, but also an absolute eye-catcher in terms of style! The pitch faders cause me absolutely no problems even though they are a little too close to the jog wheel. I am absolutely satisfied with the delivery service! The package was there within 2 days. Good controller & fast delivery, but unfortunately incomplete

The controller is absolutely great! Top quality! Unfortunately, he came without the promised voucher for the expansion packs. I've been waiting for the code promised to me 6 days ago by customer service for almost a week now. Unfortunately I had to play 3 gigs without the extensions. I hope that changes quickly. The laptop stand is really very big and unfortunately a bit bent. But for being so cheap it was fine. My conclusion: Controller top stand in order Service so far not very convincing As can be read from other reviews, my experience here is not a standard. I hope to get my expansion packs as soon as possible.

Had previously used the DDJ-SR! The DDJ-SX3 IS ABSOLUTELY VALUE, EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY! also had to switch to serato DJ pro (previously serato DJ) with the new console, which was really stress-free, download install and the degrees and settings remain saved and are adopted! For the DDJ-SX3 there are also 2 software updates for effects, which you can get as a present, just like the serato DJ pro software by buying the console, by plugging in the old DDJ-SR console, the driver was found and can continue to be used with the new software! I was afraid because I only have a PC with an i3 processor that could cause problems because the minimum requirements are i5 and i7 but everything works perfectly! Thanks to Recordbase for the super hassle free purchase! I can only recommend it !!!

Pioneer controller

I love my new SX-3 and am very happy with the purchase. It has many great features, is very user-friendly to use and was easy to set up. With the included Serato DJ software you have everything you need to hang up. I recently bought this controller after owning the SB for a while. Wow, what a big difference compared to the SB. With the same setup otherwise, everything now sounds and feels better than before. The SR also has a lot more to offer in terms of functionality. I'm very satisfied!

Super Controller + Case

I can only recommend the controller + the case here in the bundle! The delivery had been delivered very quickly within the next working day after dispatch. Great!!! Because Case is really very professional, the controller fits perfectly and does not slide back and forth. Only during transport I have in mind that the controller then comes out to the side of the case (i.e. during transport), so I will transport the controller in the Zomo flightbag and not in the case. I can also only recommend Zomo Flightbag for the controller. All in all, I can fully recommend the bundle here if you want to be professional. Finally at your destination?

A DJ wonders who separated from his old DJM-500 about a year ago and after that had pretty much every controller under his fingers. With the DDJ-SX3 I think I have found my luck. The processing is great, just as you would expect from Pioneer. The installation under Windows was easy and it is possible for me with an Intel i3 to drive the lowest latencies without dropouts. Big plus for the built-in sound card and the ASIO driver. However, the buyer should be aware that this is a SERATO controller and that fast HID control is only possible in conjunction with Serato-DJ. Standard MIDI is used with other software, which is already noticeable. If you primarily use sync probably not a big topic, otherwise in my opinion yes. Another aspect: the controller is big. Very large. So it can only be used in a limited way, since in most locations (unless they are prepared accordingly) you will have a real space problem.

... and made the right decision. I spent a long time thinking about which controller to buy for my mobile DJ activities and at home to practice, prepare, etc. After playing with an older Numark model for a long time, the Pioneer DDJ SX 3 is a real force against it. The pads, each with 4 different modes, allow a multitude of new possibilities to vary in the sets. Up until now I have not been able to understand the unfavorable positioning of the speed control, as some have noted. It's probably a matter of taste. All in all: If you are considering buying a new controller, you can get a top device with great features here!

Coming from an old DDJ RB as a beginner controller and am switching to the SX3. Mainly because of 4 channels and decent effects. It's a difference like day and night and I don't regret buying it. Especially the processing and the jog wheels are still a few classes higher. There are currently a lot of new opportunities opening up, which I first have to explore :-)
