Product description Omnitronic MX-420

When four input channels, an additional microphone channel and built-in effects come together in a DJ mixer, clear channel control matters. The Omnitronic MX-420 is a 4+1-channel digital effects mixer with three-band EQ on every channel and a separate monitor output.

With bass, mid and treble EQ, you can shape the sound of each channel precisely. The control range of -30 to +10 dB covers substantial cuts and boosts. Digital DSP effects are available for transitions and adjustments during the mix: Echo, Auto Pan, Flanger, Manual Filter, Auto Filter, Reverb, Transition and Pitch Shifter.

You can adjust the Time and Depth parameters individually. An independent Auto Beatcounter and the Beat-Sync function help you match the beat; with X-Fader Effects, you can control the DSP effects using the crossfader. The adjustable crossfader curve is designed for fast cuts and scratching.

For cueing, there is a Cue-Split and Cue-Mix button. The monitor output can be adjusted separately. For sound reinforcement, there is a master output via balanced XLR and RCA, as well as booth and zone outputs via RCA. Two RCA recording outputs are provided, one analogue and one digital.

The mixer is suited to DJ setups where multiple phono, line and microphone sources need to be combined and processed with internal effects. Four adjustable channels with an additional microphone channel, beat functions and separate master, booth, zone and recording outputs define its features.
