Product description Omnitronic DD-2220

When DJing with vinyl, fast speed changes and finely adjustable pitch control are particularly important. The Omnitronic DD-2220 is a manual DJ turntable with quartz-controlled direct drive and an S-shaped tonearm. It plays at 33 1/3 and 45 rpm; switching between speeds takes less than one second each time.

You can adjust the speed by ± 10 % using the slider. Strobe illumination helps you monitor the speed. The large start/stop button controls playback directly on the unit; a jack socket on the rear is provided for remote start.

The tonearm is gimbal-mounted and allows an adjustable tracking force of 0 to 4 g, as well as anti-skating from 0 to 7 g. The included S-15 cartridge is suitable for back-cueing. Separate, retractable stylus illumination makes it easier to cue the stylus in low light. Shock-absorbing feet are also included.

A removable acrylic dust cover is included to protect against dust. The connections comprise an RCA output socket for a beat counter and a jack socket for remote start. This makes the DD-2220 suitable for a DJ setup in which you want to use a manual turntable with pitch control, a back-cueing-compatible cartridge and a remote-start connection.
