Compact design, versatile sound architecture, and well-thought-out connection options – the XioSynth 49 by Novation is aimed at everyone who wants to shape music, not just hear it. With ten-voice polyphony, three oscillators per voice, and a comprehensive filter and modulation section, detailed, distinctive sounds are created. The innovative filter distortion provides striking overtones and significantly expands the sonic design possibilities. Especially in experimental or cross-genre productions, the device offers many points of departure for individual sound creations.

200 presets provide a solid foundation, complemented by 60 specially programmed patches from international artists. The intuitive control with multiple rotary knobs, buttons, and the Xpression pad allows direct access to important parameters – ideal for dynamic sound design and live performances. The pressure-sensitive X/Y touchpad permits simultaneous control of up to four parameters, giving you plenty of room for creative interventions in the sound.

The device also convinces as an audio interface: with 24-bit conversion, two inputs and outputs, XLR input with phantom power, and a headphone jack, you can record, monitor, and process audio signals in high quality. The connection to the computer is simple via USB, and drivers are not necessarily required on modern operating systems – which facilitates mobile use without technical hurdles.

Thanks to the optional operation via USB or batteries, the XioSynth 49 can be flexibly integrated into various setups – whether on the go, in the home studio, or in a live setup. As a MIDI controller with assignable controls and 16 templates, it also brings a powerful control center for external devices and software.
