Novation Launch Control XL offers a well-thought-out combination of compactness, clarity, and flexible control. The controller was specifically designed for use with Ableton Live and enables direct and intuitive control of mixer, effects, and devices. You no longer have to constantly switch between screen and hardware – everything is right at your fingertips.

The 24 rotary knobs are clearly arranged in three rows and reflect the structure of the Ableton mixer. Thanks to multicolored LEDs, you can immediately see which parameters are currently being controlled – whether EQ, send, or effect. The setup is complemented by eight 60 mm faders that allow precise mixing, as well as 16 colored function buttons that you can flexibly assign for mute, solo, record, or track focus.

Launch Control XL can be fully customized to your individual needs. With the included software editor, you can create your own controller layouts and even change the color scheme of the rotary knobs. This way, you keep an overview even with complex setups. And if you use multiple devices, they can easily be combined into a larger system.

Thanks to USB operation, no external power supply is necessary, making the controller particularly mobile. Whether Mac, PC, or iPad – connection is quick and easy. With a separately available MIDI-USB host, Launch Control XL even works independently as a stand-alone controller. The newly integrated HUI compatibility also expands the range of use to DAWs like Logic, Cubase, or Pro Tools.

The package includes an extensive software collection, including Ableton Live Lite as well as high-quality virtual instruments and effects from providers like Softube, AAS, and XLN. So you have everything you need for professional productions from the start.
