Novation Circuit Mono Station

Novation's Circuit Mono Station combines proven analogue synthesis with the flexibility of an advanced groove box. Brilliantly simple hands-on controls make sculpting monophone and paraphonic tones quick and easy, and there are special controls for each function, plus a 4-source/8-destination modulation matrix. A matrix of 32 speed-sensitive pads provides full access to three onboard sequencers, including both oscillators and modulation options. In addition, the Circuit Mono Station offers extensive MIDI and analogue control connection, making it an ideal hub for your hardware synth rig.

One of the best things about analogue synthesizers is that you can easily reach out and grasp and quickly select the desired sound, and that is even more true for the digitally controlled analog synthesis on board the Novation Circuit Mono Station. Of course you can load and store up to 64 patches, but creating new sounds is also super easy. Choose a few oscillators and form the results with the multimodal filter section, which includes highpass, lowpass and bandpass modes with 12dB or 24dB per octave. After that, it's just a matter of combining your LFO and envelope generator with the 4 x 8 modulation matrix, and you can produce deliciously refined sounds. To complete it, three rich distortion types and overdrive filter make it easy to add texture and grain to your tone.
