Neumann KM 184

Experienced users often describe the sound of the small Neumann diaphragm as "fresh" and "alive". This is partly due to a slight rise in altitude in the 9-kilohertz range. The KM 184 is a mature all-rounder: it reproduces almost any instrument with extraordinary complexity and depth of sound.

A further advantage: Thanks to the extremely small manufacturing tolerances, all KM 184 microphones deliver an extremely even sound image. They can also be used as a stereo pair, of course; all stereo recording procedures guarantee precise spatial positioning of the sound sources during playback.
