Native Instruments Software Komplete 8 Ultimate Upgrade

If you want to expand your older KOMPLETE version with additional instruments and effects, this package offers a clearly defined upgrade basis. The requirement is a full version of KOMPLETE 2 to 7; it contains 27 products including instruments, sample libraries, and effects from the Native Instruments portfolio at the time.

The package includes, among others, KONTAKT 5, REAKTOR 5.6, GUITAR RIG 5 PRO, ABSYNTH 5, BATTERY 3, FM8, and MASSIVE. They are supplemented by sounds and tools such as ABBEY ROAD 60s DRUMS, STUDIO DRUMMER, WEST AFRICA, the concert grand libraries, and various SCARBEE instruments. In total, the collection includes 11,000 sounds and 110 GB of samples.

An additional 1,300 sounds are included for MASSIVE, FM8, and ABSYNTH 5. The products can be used standalone or as plug-ins in a suitable production environment. VST, Audio Units, and RTAS are supported; for RTAS, Pro Tools 8 or higher is required. ASIO, Core Audio, and WASAPI are listed as supported audio standards.

The stated system requirements refer to Windows 7 with the latest service pack in 32- or 64-bit version as well as an Intel Core Duo or AMD Athlon 64 and 2 GB of RAM. For Mac, Mac OS X 10.6 with the latest update, Intel Core Duo, and also 2 GB of RAM are specified. The indicated requirements are historical; requirements for newer operating systems are therefore not supported.

The upgrade is aimed at owners of the mentioned full versions of KOMPLETE who wish to use the instrument and effect content of that time in a DAW or in standalone mode. The decisive factors are the existing base version as well as the compatibility of the computer and the host software used with the mentioned system requirements and plug-in formats.
