Die Maschine MK3 ist eine tolle Weiterentwicklungs zum Vorgänger MK2.
Es macht mega Spaß, damit zu spielen.
Der "workflow" ist zum Vorgänger viel besser.
Einzig, das Fehlen eines Gainreglers für den Audioeingang vermisse ich.
Ist aber nicht gar so tragisch. Kann man ja auch anders lösen.
Passt alles, Super auch von Recordcase, dass es zum selben Preis auch noch die Auswahl an Decksaver, Tasche oder USB Stick gibt.

A sequence does not have to end where a MIDI cable begins. If you control synthesizers, Eurorack and drum machines together, you need a clear clock source with many paths to the outside. The Korg SQ-64 combines three polyphonic melody tracks and one drum track with an interface that allows patterns to be shaped and changed directly. Four tracks for melody, rhythm and modulation The step sequencer works with 64 steps, three melody tracks with up to eight-voice polyphony and 16 monophonic rhythm tracks. There are 16 patterns available per melody track, each with up to 64 steps; the drum track is also divided into 16 subtracks. This creates space for chord progressions, basslines and rhythmic layers without everything having to converge in one pattern. You can edit Gate, Pitch and Modulation separately on the melody tracks. This allows you to set pitches, note lengths and movements in the sound precisely per step. 64 project slots store complete work states, while patterns can be chained and looped for longer sequences. CV, Trigger and MIDI on one sequencer For hardware setups, there are three outputs available for Gate, Pitch and Modulation as well as eight individual trigger outputs for the drum track. The triggers can be adjusted to the polarity and voltage of the connected device. The unit thus takes over control of analog synthesizers, Eurorack modules and drum machines, as well as MIDI instruments. MIDI In, two MIDI Out, USB Type B and Sync In/Out make integration straightforward. The sync sockets are particularly practical when Korg devices are to be run together with analog sync. USB also powers the sequencer; you can use a 9V DC power supply separately if required. Play patterns directly on the pad matrix The 64 illuminated pads show the steps of a sequence at a glance. Their graduated brightness also visualises modulation values, while the OLED display keeps parameters and settings readable. This allows you to adjust a pattern while playing without losing your place in the sequence. The pad matrix also functions as a keyboard with Keys, Isomorphic and Octaves layouts. More movement in the running pattern With Reverse, Bounce, Random and Stochastic, there are four alternative playback modes to choose from, which can be switched independently for each track. This way, a bassline can run backwards while a drum pattern remains straight or a melody part receives new variations. The functions are suitable for controlled repetitions as well as for changes in the current arrangement. MIDI In and two MIDI outputs connect the groovebox with hardware synthesizers and other sound generators. USB transmits audio and MIDI to the computer. For further work in a DAW, the MC-707 can output all eight parts individually to separate tracks. A sequence does not have to end where a MIDI cable begins. If you control synthesizers, Eurorack and drum machines together, you need a clear clock source with many paths to the outside. The Korg SQ-64 combines three polyphonic melody tracks and one drum track with an interface that allows patterns to be shaped and changed directly. Four tracks for melody, rhythm and modulation The step sequencer works with 64 steps, three melody tracks with up to eight-voice polyphony and 16 monophonic rhythm tracks. There are 16 patterns available per melody track, each with up to 64 steps; the drum track is also divided into 16 subtracks. This creates space for chord progressions, basslines and rhythmic layers without everything having to converge in one pattern. You can edit Gate, Pitch and Modulation separately on the melody tracks. This allows you to set pitches, note lengths and movements in the sound precisely per step. 64 project slots store complete work states, while patterns can be chained and looped for longer sequences. CV, Trigger and MIDI on one sequencer For hardware setups, there are three outputs available for Gate, Pitch and Modulation as well as eight individual trigger outputs for the drum track. The triggers can be adjusted to the polarity and voltage of the connected device. The unit thus takes over control of analog synthesizers, Eurorack modules and drum machines, as well as MIDI instruments. MIDI In, two MIDI Out, USB Type B and Sync In/Out make integration straightforward. The sync sockets are particularly practical when Korg devices are to be run together with analog sync. This way, a bassline can run backwards while a drum pattern remains straight or a melody part receives new variations. The functions are suitable for controlled repetitions as well as for changes in the current arrangement.
