Product description Monster Miles Davis Trumpet

If you listen to music on the go and want to control playback directly from the cable, this wired in-ear headphone with an integrated remote is just what you need. The Monster Miles Davis Trumpet takes its design cues from a trumpet: the earpieces resemble mouthpieces, the housing is gold-coloured and the cable is blue. The model was developed in collaboration with Miles Davis Properties, LLC; its sound is designed for detailed, transparent reproduction.

The drivers are positioned directly in the earpieces. These ultra-near-field drivers bring the sound source close to the ear canal and are designed to reproduce fine musical nuances. The closed in-ear design blocks out ambient noise; the included SuperTips in various sizes help you adjust the fit and seal to your ear.

The tangle-resistant flat cable is 1.2 metres long and ends in an angled 3.5 mm jack plug. Strain relief protects the cable connection, while the cable slider and clip help you organise and store the cable. This makes the cable easier to manage when you're on the move.

With the ControlTalk remote with microphone, you can answer calls and control music playback. You can adjust the volume, play or pause, and select tracks using the cable controls. The model is designed for use with iPhone and iPod; it also works as a headset with many smartphones. Which remote functions are available depends on the connected device.

With its trumpet-inspired design, jack connection and in-line remote, these headphones are well suited to mobile Hi-Fi setups. Control directly from the cable is especially handy when you keep your playback device in your pocket while listening to music.
