Best raw materials, state-of-the-art production facilities, highly qualified employees and a modern production planning and control system (PPS) ensure a consistently high quality of the assembled cables. Fiber optic and copper cables are manufactured as efficiently as possible. This process is constantly reviewed and improved.
Cables and connectors are assembled into a single cable in several, precisely coordinated processing processes. Depending on the type of cable, different connection techniques are used.
Every cable that leaves the house is thoroughly tested for functionality. The packaging of the assembled goods in cable grooves or cable blister packs is carried out fully automatically by the most modern machines.
In this way, customers receive a high-quality and durable product. This saves not only the budget, but also the environment and our resources - the ecological footprint is reduced. Klotz attaches particular importance to active environmental protection, not only during the actual production process but also when using raw materials.
