JB-Systems LEDCON-XL

The LEDCON-XL from JB-Systems lets you control complex lighting installations much more efficiently and flexibly. The combination of projector control and freely assignable faders offers you a well-thought-out solution for a wide range of applications, from LED projectors to fog machines or moving heads. The LED section of the device is based on the proven LEDCON-02 Mk2 and has been further developed, allowing you to choose between 4 or 8 channels, depending on the complexity of your setup. Each channel can be individually adjusted, turned on or off – also as a targeted blackout for individual units.

Thanks to the integrated color and chase modes, you can work quickly without complex programming. You have direct access to 9 preprogrammed colors, but can also choose from 12 dynamic chases in manual or music-controlled mode. For even more variety, 32 spectrum-controlled color variants are available – including smooth transitions and vibrant mixed colors. The separate UV button opens up additional possibilities for devices with UV LEDs, such as 6-in-1 LED projectors.

The second section of the controller offers you 8 faders that can be used either as individual DMX channels or for creating up to 8 scenes. With this, you control not only more light effects but also fog machines and moving heads. Especially helpful: The integrated SMART-DMX mode ensures compatible control of various devices, even if they run in 4/5 channel mode. You don’t need additional controllers – saving time, space, and effort.

A real highlight is the DMX merger input, which lets you integrate other control desks into the same DMX line. Additionally, the device is prepared for wireless DMX operation – simply connect the separately available WTR-DMX dongle, and the laying of long DMX cables becomes unnecessary. The robust housing in 19-inch rack format fits perfectly into standard controller cases and is thus ready for installation immediately.
