For small PA applications where a microphone and line source need to be connected directly to the speaker, the Gemini RS-408 keeps signal routing straightforward. The active two-way speaker combines a built-in amplifier with separate microphone and line inputs and is suitable for mobile or permanently installed setups.

An 8-inch woofer with a 1.5-inch voice coil works alongside a 1-inch compression driver. The horn is designed for wide dispersion; the specified frequency range extends from 70 Hz to 18 kHz. Bass and treble controls and a master volume control are available for adjusting the speaker.

XLR and 6.3 mm jack connections with separate gain control are provided for microphones. Line signals can be connected via RCA or XLR; a 6.3 mm output connector is also listed. The clip LED indicates when the signal is overdriving the speaker.

The trapezoidal cabinet is made of impact-resistant ABS nylon plastic. At 8.1 kg and with its compact dimensions, the speaker is easy to transport; it is designed for upright placement. This makes the RS-408 suitable for mobile use and smaller PA setups where integrated amplification and direct connection options are required.
