The Gemini GMX USB media player is a 2-deck DJ mixing console that combines MIDI controller and USB media player.
Whether used as a software controller or as a standalone unit, the Gemini GMX is the ideal companion for mobile use with its integrated 24Bit audio interface and XLR outputs. The classically designed mixer unit is equipped with a 3-band EQ, a bi-polar filter and gain control per channel.
Thus MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF music files can be mixed comfortably from a USB memory stick. In MIDI mode, the Gemini GMX can control either the included Virtual DJ LE software or any other midi-enabled application on a computer. With 8 illuminated performance pads per deck, hot cues can be individually controlled or autoloops can be set.
Large touch-sensitive jog wheels allow precise track control including scratches, backspins or pitch bending. The high-contrast LCD displays provide all track information including waveform display.

Double fonction : console autonome, et contrôleur PC
J'ai choisi cet appareil pour son mode autonome afin de me pouvoir me passer du PC : c'est raté :( En mode autonome je suis déçu : pas de sync, modes BPM capricieux, EQ filtre décevant, et loop peu précis. En revanche, en mode PC avec Virtual DJ, c'est très bon, les défauts ci-dessus sont tous effacés et mixer proprement y est facile. L'appareil est assez complet dans l'ensemble, mais l'absence d'entrée RCA pour platine CD est regrettable. Petite incompréhension : mes écrans ne sont pas noir avec texte en bleu, mais blanc avec texte en noir. Pourquoi ?

Controller Gemini GMX
Console pratique et réactive, il manque des effets embarqués, mais je suis satisfait de l'article et très content du site, malgrès le covid19, livraison dans les délais. Merci à eux.

Sehr guter Stand-Alone-Player
Stand-Alone-DJ-Player ohne großen Schnick-Schnack, aber macht das, was er soll, sehr gut. Als Media-Player für USB-sticks oder Festplatten sehr zuverlässig.

The delivery was in the established time. The Gemini GMX Controller has a good price and a very good performance. Good sound quality It has a light weight, which allows it to be transported easily.

Gemini Controlller
Für den Preis ein Standalone Controller ist schon wirklich nice. Jogwheels hätten sie allerdings größer machen müssen. Man gewöhnt sich aber mit der Zeit daran.

Sehr gut
Ich habe zum ersten mal bei recordcase bestellt. Der Vorgang ging sehr schnell und alle Benachrichtigungen zum Versand und zur Bestellung kamen promt und sehr gut informativ per mail. Die Bestellung wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Vielen Dank, beim nächsten mal wieder bei recordcase / GSM Danke :)

Für meine Zwecke genau das Richtige
Ich habe den Player als Ersatz für meinen American Audio SDJ2 angeschafft, da dieser nach 18 Jahren den Dienst quittierte und ich keine Ersatzteile zu einem vernünftigen Preis mehr bekomme. Ich benutze den GMX nur im Stand-alone mit USB-Datenträger. Hier macht er, was er soll und frisst bis jetzt jeden USB-Stick, SD-Card mit Adapter oder auch ´ne große 500GB Festplatte. Wie schon erwartet musste ich meine Ordnerstruktur ein wenig anpassen, da das Display nicht all zu groß ist und auch nicht läuft. Aber man hat alles im Blick, worauf es ankommt. Die Buttons sind klicki und gummiert, sehr nice ! Nur die Regler haben auf ihrem kurzen dreh einen enormen Wirkungsgrad, an den man sich wohl gewöhnen muss. Die Fader sind hingegen, wie man sie kennt - super leicht und ohne erkennbare Kurve. Für mich gibt es keine Alternative zu dem Preis - somit absolute Empfehlung

Toller Controller zum günstiges Preis. Leider keine Recordbox-Unterstützung - bedeutet, dass man die Audiodateien manuell auf dem USB-Gerät verwalten muss, was mir vor dem Kauf nicht eingefallen ist. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen!
