Gemini G4V

Gemini expands its product range with the G4V, a professional 4-deck MIDI controller with all the essential features that make up a contemporary controller for creative DJs.

This DJ controller has an integrated 24-bit audio interface. The unit works with 4 decks, each of which has its own line fader, 3-band EQ, gain and filter controls. Track navigation, master/booth out and headphone section are also present. The crossfader can be assigned to decks using the side-mounted buttons.

The G4V's jog wheels are pressure-sensitive and their size (15.5 cm in diameter) provides an adequate work surface. In the deck section (above the jog wheels) are the controls for the effects and the various performance modes: hot cue, loop, sampler and loop roll. The effects controls, two pitch faders, and 8 trigger pads per side make the G4V a multifunctional workhorse. The individually assignable quick buttons allow for an intuitive workflow tailored to your own needs.

The internal 24Bit audio interface of the G4V offers a balanced master out via XLR or unbalanced via RCA. Additionally, there is a separately adjustable Booth Out via RCA. An external line signal can be input via a stereo AUX In, the volume of which can be controlled on the front panel. Further connections on the front are the headphone output (6.3mm jack) and a microphone input (6.3mm jack).

The Gemini G4V comes with Virtual DJ LE, but can also be used with other software (such as Traktor Pro) thanks to full MIDI support. With its size and a sturdy metal chassis, this controller is versatile and highly resilient for mobile use.
