Recordcase Full Protection is a paid additional product. The statutory warranty is not affected by this and is always included.

How a damage claim works
- 1. Report the damage to Recordcase customer service
- 2. Wait for approval
- 3. Repair or replacement with an equivalent new device
What is not covered?
- ✕ Wear and consumable materials (e.g. batteries, faders, cables, bulbs, vinyls)
- ✕ Software, data, operating systems and their recovery
- ✕ Purely visual or cosmetic damage without functional impairment
- ✕ Damage due to gross negligence
- ✕ Damage to loaned or rented devices
- ✕ Damage due to unexplained disappearance
- ✕ Damage caused by third parties
- ✕ Damage due to improper use or misuse
- ✕ Additionally purchased accessories
