Five powerful cool white COB LEDs give the Eurolite LED beam effect an impressive light display that fills any room with dynamic show lighting. Each of the 15-watt high-power LEDs can be controlled individually, creating a captivating fan effect. Whether used as a focused beam or a broad flash, this versatile effect delivers even illumination with a narrow beam angle of just 4°.

The light effect offers maximum control flexibility: you can use it stand-alone, via DMX, with the IR remote control, via music control using the microphone or in Master/Slave mode. The device also supports optional wireless solutions such as QuickDMX, W-DMX and CRMX, which can be integrated using USB modules. This makes it easy to incorporate the effect into existing lighting systems. Already pre-programmed in Light Captain, it is ready to use without any complicated setup.

Despite its performance, the light operates quietly. A fan-assisted cooling system ensures reliable heat dissipation with little noise, making it suitable for use in noise-sensitive environments such as theatres, galas and wedding venues. The four-digit 7-segment LED display lets you adjust all functions directly on the device, while power input and output sockets make it easy to connect several units together.

With its robust black housing and mounting bracket, the beam effect can be mounted in a variety of ways – suspended, on trusses or on a stand. Its compact design and moderate weight of just 3.33 kg make it easy to transport. In the base, there are three RGB LED modules at work, which can be controlled via DMX or operated in standalone mode. Access to static colours, adjustable programs, and dimmer as well as strobe effects offers plenty of flexibility. The interlock circuit must be closed for the laser to operate; an optional emergency stop switch can be connected there. The unit is a Class 3B laser and operates with 50 mW of green light at 515 nm and 100 mW of red light at 650 nm. Direct eye exposure must be avoided. The relevant laser safety regulations apply during operation; compliance with EN/IEC 60825-1:2014 is specified. The laser is designed for indoor use and an ambient temperature of 10 to 40 °C. With mains power, an M10 mounting point and selectable control modes, the Smooth Scan-3 Mk2 fits DJ, bar and nightclub setups requiring decorative laser projection. You can control the RGB+UV and strobe functions separately, giving you maximum flexibility when designing your show – whether as a classic PAR spotlight, blacklight or strobe light. Ten individually controllable segments create varied patterns, while the fan effect fills the room with broad, vibrant beams of light.
