    Denon VL12

    Arrived today packed well.
I owned many direct drive turntables but this ones goes beyond. I am not a DJ but listening to records on it is amazing.
Great Bass with a Shure M44-7. Very Smooth . An Amazing Turntable to own.

Both drives run absolutely great, no jerking, tonearm absolutely true to feel because the Schön stencil is set correctly and both MC's from Audio Technica (were already on the old turntables) have a great sound at 1.45g. Completely content. Thanks for the fast delivery.

The absolute top hammer, both optically and qualitatively! I have found my perfect Technics replacement and I am more than happy with the new Prime turntables!

    very satisfied

I received my lathe right at the beginning when it was finally available, but cannot do anything about it. I use it in home use, so I can't judge how you do in the professional field. To the VL12: I switched from Reloop to Denon. I have to say I am surprised how much better it is, only the pitch fader cannot be adjusted exactly around the zero point (also known in the Technics), but after a little getting used to it, no problem. Synchronization fits so far (really minimal forward / back / forward / back ... but not noticeable, only visually recognizable via the stroboscope). Pure power !!! I personally think the bigger picture is much better than the dotted version from other manufacturers. Braking in different strengths is great, perfectly adapted to the finger geometry. I seriously considered getting used "overpriced" technics - luckily I had the patience to wait until the VL12 was available. No humming or disturbing noises perceptible. Optics also TOP. I can not say whether it is really better than a Reloop RP7000 MK2 or Pioneer, because I lack the comparison. I hope that he will continue to play so well over the next few years and not let up. Overall conclusion: very satisfied and I would buy it again immediately

Unfortunately its not worth the money

The record player looks very valuable at first glance, but when you take a closer look it is unfortunately a blender. Point 1. Tonearm base is only made of plastic and wobbles very strongly when the lock is open. Point 2. Tonearm lift moves very strongly when you lift the tonearm off the plate. Point 3. The really nice platter was on my copy Gratig on the strobe marks. Point 4. My device had massive synchronization problems. Point 5. No hood available. Maybe my device was a Monday model but I sent it back and got a Reloop RP 7000 MK2 and it didn't have the defects described above. Delivery was very quick.

    Denon Turntable

The Denon record player can convince with a really extremely powerful motor that has almost no start-up. The sound with an Ortofon system is at the Technics level. Directional stability as well. Processing makes a massive and long-lasting impression. The years will show how he does in the long run. If you are looking for a good, modern Technics replacement, this is the place for you. Recordcase delivery was record-breaking fast. Thank you!
