It's fun to work with

good overall package

I was looking for a way to get the laptop out of my setup, and this standalone controller did just that. It is built robustly and you have the feeling of using CDJ's, but with the comfort of an all-inclusive device with many options, such as playing directly from a USB stick while Serato DJ is running. The (standalone) music software from Denon takes some getting used to and cannot be compared to the user-friendliness of Serato. Had a few cases where the displayed waveform is frozen and I had to reset the device. But you can still work quite well with some getting used to it. Nevertheless, you get a very well-made controller for a relatively humane price, which is in no way inferior to Pioneer and runs without a laptop.

High quality controller

This controller is amazing! Very high quality in each component from buttons to knobs. Traktor pro is included and so you have the best software and hardware solution in town.

Judgement

Denon never denies, in my opinion excellent product, well-stocked shop, but on shipping, at least the free one, a little slow.

MCX8000

Although made of plastic (at least in the best quality !!), the part not only looks really high quality, it also feels that way !! All controls, faders, switches and above all the two color displays are absolutely professional in terms of operation and optics. In short, I am absolutely thrilled, surprised and convinced !!! I have already tested almost all current midi controllers, and only the top devices from Pioneer and Numark (1000 - 1600 euros) are better, mainly because of their processing. The MCX 8000 has everything you need to hang up, + the super cool displays that make the part unique !!
